It’s true that the Wisconsin Union is a membership organization, but anyone can visit. Membership is required to purchase alcohol, but you can get up to three guest passes per year by visiting the Memorial Union front desk, a Memorial Union restaurant or café, or ahead of time by visiting union.wisc.edu/guestpass.
We’ve got everything from brats to gourmet brie sandwiches at more than 10 dining spots located on and around the Terrace. Find out more about the menus at union.wisc.edu/dine.
Only enough food and non-alcohol beverages for a party of you (one), and outside alcohol is not allowed. So you can bring your sandwich, but don’t bring a party platter. You can bring a can of soda, but not a can of beer. We do have more than 10 different dining options right on site. Learn more at union.wisc.edu/dine.
