Sett Recreation

Climb, bowl, shoot pool, play games, and hang out at The Sett, the center of recreation at Union South.  Sett Recreation is located on the lower level of The Sett Pub.  Play until your heart is content, then head upstairs to grab a bite, hang out and watch all of your favorite sports at The Sett Pub.

  • Climbing Pricing
    Daily: $5.75
    Month: $20.00
    One Semester: $40.00
    Two Semesters: $70.00
    Annual: $105.00
    Shoe Rental: $3.25

  • Standard Bowling Pricing
    $4.25 (per person per game)
    $2.50 for shoes
    $1.61/pair for socks
    Bowling Club Membership: One Semester $35.75 | 2 Semesters $62.75


    • Matinee discounts of 50% off on games & shoe rental:
      Monday - Friday: before 5 pm
      Friday - Saturday: 11 pm - close (September-May)
    • Budget Bowling ALL DAY Sunday: $17.00 per lane, per hour
      Up to six people per lane. Shoe rentals are included. (September-May)

    Bowling Locker Rentals
    1 day: $7.50
    1 semester: $28
    2 semesters: $42
    3 semesters: $63

    Prices do not include sales tax.

  • Standard Billiards Pricing
    $8.35 (per table per hour)

    Billiards Special
    Half price weekdays until 5 pm and all day every Tuesday.

UW-Madison students & other Wisconsin Union Members receive a 10% discount on recreation prices*. Additional membership discounts are available to current Hoofer members.

*Excludes group reservation
