Volunteer Action

Get involved with Volunteer Action:

The Wisconsin Union Directorate Volunteer Action Committee is centered on creating meaningful service opportunities right here on campus. Through pop-up events and hands-on projects, students can make an immediate impact in their community while building connections and learning through teamwork.

In addition to campus-based service, the committee also organizes a few highlighted day trips to nearby cities and a spring break experience that expands the chance to serve and learn beyond Madison.

All Volunteer Action events and trips are imagined, planned, and led by committee members. If you’re passionate about giving back, join us to help design service opportunities that reflect the issues you care about. Together, we can create a more engaged, compassionate, and connected campus community.
