Make & Mingle

Let Make & Mingle be your next fun outing, where making art is just the beginning.

Each event features a different activity or theme, and all the materials are provided. Our artists will demonstrate techniques and offer guidance throughout the event, but feel free to work at your own pace and enjoy a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to be creative. No prior artistic experience is necessary.

An included beverage option may be available at select events. Please review individual event listings for specific details, age requirements, and additional information.

Registration is required. Space can be limited, so reserve your spot early!

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins to check in and settle into your workspace. The activity will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

Location: University Club Building, 803 State St., Madison, WI 53703

Parking: Paid public parking is available in nearby garages: Fluno Center (Lot 83), Lake & Johnson (Lot 46), Helen C White (Lot 6), as well as the State Street Campus Ramp (430 N. Frances). Street parking may also be available. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the University Club Building. Registration & Cancellation: Advance registration is required through ActiveNet. If you are unable to attend, please contact Wheelhouse Studios as soon as possible. Cancellations require at least three full business days' notice and incur a $5 service fee. 
Wheelhouse Studios reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or have their ticket transferred to a future event.
