"In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named 'Rocky.'" - (Rotten Tomatoes)

Doors to Shannon Hall open at 9:15pm, costume contest at 9:30pm, film starts at 10pm!


Props & Costumes Guidelines:

Audience participation is more than welcome, and costumes are encouraged. However, for the sake of the cast and crew the following items will NOT be allowed in the theater: rice, toast, hot dogs, squirt guns, lighters or open flames, food/drink of any kind, or glitter/small metallic confetti. Items that are welcome are playing cards, toilet paper, party hats, noisemakers, newspapers, and flashlights.  Velvet Darkness will have prop bags with approved items available for purchase at a nominal cost on the night of the event.
