This event is being in collaboration with the Chancellor's Office for her Investiture. Chef Luke Zham is a Semi-finalist for Best Chef Midwest (2017, CHEF AND OWNER OF THE DRIFTLESS CAFE IN VIROQUA, WI), and the host of the Emmy Award-winning show Wisconsin Foodie. Chef Luke will come to UW-Madison and cook Fried Samosa with Apple Butter Dipping Sauce while talking and sharing his experiences with the food and how it connects the community and raises awareness. Also, Luke is a Badger, he is alumni of UW-Madison :)
