Wheel Basics: Throwing the Perfect Bowl

Experience the art of pottery by creating your own ceramic bowl on the potter's wheel! In this one-time class, you'll learn the basics of wheel throwing, including centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping a functional bowl. This class is designed for beginners and your instructor will guide you through the processes step-by-step and prepare you for your second visit. NOTE: This class requires a second self-guided visit during which participants will glaze their bowls after a bisque firing.
