Join us for a rejuvenating wellness walk designed to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with the present moment. Guided by mindfulness practices, explore how to engage each of the five senses — sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste — to promote balance and inner calm. This walk offers a peaceful opportunity to reset, breathe deeply, and find grounding in nature.
