Meet us at The Well for a "Well Walk." Find your community while practicing active meditation through mindful walking. De-stress and clear your mind whilst walking alongside others. Optional routes and meditation prompts provided! Meet new people and enjoy the beauty of campus and the surrounding area.
All Well Walks are ~1 hour long and we always meet up in The Well! No sign up needed - come when you can! Start a new routine and become a Well Walk regular, or drop in when it's convenient!
