Just south of the Equator, our neighbors are making some incredible wines. We will learn about each region and the wines that have made them famous. Join us in the Prairie Fire Winebar at Union South as we sample and explore these unique wines. Your course fee also includes a sampling of complementary light appetizers. Presented in cooperation with Wisconsin Union Dining Services and the Prairie Fire Winebar. 1 Session. YOUR SOMMELIER: Jake Zaeske, local Wine Sales Associate.
