Wednesday Wine Tasting - Sustainable and Natural Wines

Ever heard of a Petillant Natural wine? They are little hazy and unfiltered, but sure are neat! With Earth day right around the corner, we are going to explore some natural wines and wines that come from vineyards who are certified for their practices of sustainability. Join us in the Prairie Fire wine bar at Union South to sample these unique wines and learn more about them from our knowledgeable sommelier. Your course fee also includes a sampling of light appetizers that will complement the wines.
