Bubbly, fizzy, sparkling… they all make the same popping sound when you open a bottle! What is the difference & how do I know which one to pick? Come explore the vast selection of wine styles that fall into the category of sparkling wine. We will taste and talk about more than your everyday Champagne and Prosecco. Join us in the Prairie Fire wine bar at Union South to sample these unique wines and learn more about them from our knowledgeable sommelier. Your course fee also includes a sampling of light appetizers that will complement the wines.
