At this workshop, you will develop skills for studying effectively, managing anxiety, and learn strategies for approaching exams to boost your performance. You will also have the opportunity to create your own DIY wellness kit to help manage stress and anxiety during exams. Workshop: 4-5 PM DIY Wellness Kits: 5-6 PM

Thrive Workshop Series: Thrive Workshops offers students opportunities to build skills and gain tools to support academic performance, relationships, and overall wellbeing. During a Thrive Workshop, a UHS Mental Health provider will present on a topic that is relevant to your student experience.
