Learn about scallops, oysters, and working with whole fish!

Our summertime seafood course will take you through making scallops, oysters, and working with a whole fish! This course will go through how to make food from scratch and we can't wait to see what Chef Allison is cooking up. Unfortunately, this course does not have a vegetarian option. All participants must wear closed toed shoes and although it is summer, we cannot allow tank tops in the kitchen.

This course is taught by Allison McKee from our Union Culinary Team! Allison went to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and has been a professional chef in New York, Chicago, and now Madison. They are passionate about creating ways for people to learn more about culinary skills and we are thrilled to be working with them.
