Intro to Wheel Pottery

Learn the basics of working on the pottery wheel from how to prepare your clay and begin with the wheel to glazing and decorating processes. Clay users in this class will learn how to make forms such as cylinders, mugs, and bowls. Participants will have out of class time to practice and grow in their techniques. Enrollment includes 12.5 lbs. of clay, a basic tool kit, and free use of the studios during the class as well as two weeks after the class ends. Additional clay and tool sets are available for purchase at Wheelhouse Studios.
