Interdisciplinary Arts Community Sessions (IACS) with Attacca Quartet

This Interdisciplinary Arts Community Session will feature a masterclass format for selected student ensembles within the disciplines of music direction and music-making. Led by Attaca Quartet and moderated by Professor Sally Chisholm, we’ll will challenge students to lead by instinct, redefining what it means to combine musicianship and leadership into one. Musicians will learn how to use their instruments to create a new type of classical music that transcends the confines of genre and time and observing audience will get a chance to ask their own questions in conversation as well.
