Cooking Demonstration with Chef Vu Tran

🍳 Free Culinary Demo at Union South!
Come hang out with Vu, the man behind the A-mart deli, on Monday, November 9 from 5–7 PM in Varsity Hall I at Union South (2nd floor)!
For this demo, Vu will be showing us how to make:
🌮 Filipino-inspired pork adobo tacos
🌶️ Chicken pad krapao
🍙 Spam & tofu musubi
The event is FREE, and attendees will also have the chance to win a musubi-making kit!
👨‍🍳 About Vu
"Hi everyone, my name is Vu Tran. I run and manage A-Mart Asian Grocery, a local, family-owned Asian grocery store on the west side of Madison. We added a deli inside our store about 2 years ago. My background and influence are mainly Vietnamese and Southeast Asian dishes, but I also love many other cuisines, experimenting and trying new recipes, sometimes adding my own little twist to it. Food has always been a big love of mine and I love being able to share it with others. I can’t wait to share a few favorites with you all!"
