Participants will discuss the wellbeing topic of the week, self-reflect on their wellbeing, and create goals. Throughout these meetings, students build connections while learning and practicing new skills for improving personal wellbeing. Students will take with them knowledge, skills, and awareness that can support their wellness journey throughout college and beyond.
Students are welcome to sign up for as many or few Wellbeing Community sessions as they would like. Each week will highlight two dimensions of wellbeing with plenty of opportunity to also consider wellbeing more broadly. While there is some structure in place, coaches will facilitate conversation and reflection to invite each student to add personalization to their experience. Snacks are provided!
These opportunities depend upon coach and space availability as well as student interest, with various offerings throughout the academic year. When signing up, students are encouraged to make note of all dates and times to help ensure their availability and to cancel at least 24 hours in advance if needed. This is currently only open to students.
