All full-time custodial team members have received training regarding pathogen cleaning, including how to correctly sanitize and clean potential biohazards. The cleaning protocols for Memorial Union and Union South include daily cleaning of high-touch areas, such as doors and sinks.
We, together with our facilities team, have developed thorough cleaning practices for theater spaces, including backstage, dressing rooms, restrooms and our stages, and are investing in ultraviolet cleaning equipment that can quickly and effectively sanitize large spaces.
All patrons and team members inside campus buildings must wear face coverings at all times, by an order of the chancellor's office.
We will keep at least 10 feet of empty space between performers and audiences by keeping the first two rows of our theaters empty.
If seats are available, audience members can sit in seats other than where they are assigned to create more distance between them and other audience members.
