Student jobs are available to students from UW and other institutions—other universities, technical colleges, vocational or trade schools. Students must be registered for credits that go toward a degree and must verify enrollment and registration in order to be eligible for student jobs. High school students with certain work conditions may also apply for student jobs.

Student Affairs

The Wisconsin Union is part of Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, led by the vice chancellor for student affairs. Our staff is dedicated to serving students and to helping them succeed in and out of the classroom in areas including health and well-being, identity and inclusion, leadership and engagement, and student advocacy. Student Affairs includes departments led by the dean of students; departments that provide identity-based spaces and resources; the Wisconsin Union; University Health Services; and University Recreation and Wellbeing.
