Join WUD Cuisine to prepare and eat a hearty Thanksgiving meal! Dinner preparation will be led by Yusuf (chef at Muramoto) and Nishita (culinary lecturer at MATC) and Jonny Hunter (owner of Underground Butcher), and we will learn how to incorporate indigenous foods and techniques into a Thanksgiving meal!
Menu: Sous vide turkey, cranberry sauce, wild rice with butternut squash, corn and sweet wild rice pudding
Get involved in the preparation of the meal and then enjoy it with your fellow chefs!
Cooking (and eating!) will occur 5-8 but you are welcome to come at 4 to help with additional preparation.
