World Water Celebration

Join us for a series of 10-minute presentations from exceptional Wisconsin water experts including:

-- Emily Jones (MADISON METROPOLITAN SANITATION DISTRICTt) on MMSD's role in the water cycle and preventing water pollution.
-- Claire Shaller Bjork (EARTH PARTNERSHIP) on Earth Parternship's approach to community-based restoration work and water stewardship.
-- Susan Sandford (DANE COUNTY OFFICE OF LAKES AND WATERSHEDS) on pollution problems facing the Dane County water supply.
-- Professor David Liebl (WISCONSIN INITATIVE ON CLIMATE CHANGE) on Climate Change and extreme rainfall with a focus on Dane County
-- Dr. Carol McCartney (WISCONSIN GEOLOGICAL AND NATURAL HISTORY SURVEY AT UW-EXTENSION) on groundwater contamination problems in Wisconsin.

A Q&A will take place after each event.
