Madison's frozen lakes are a playground for those of us who love to skate, fish, play and race but seeing the frozen lakes from the air is an entirely different experience. And an even more unique opportunity is jumping out of a plane onto those lakes! Check out the ice jumpers all day long during Hoofers Winter Carnival.
