Have you ever heard of edible insects? Have you ever considered a link between insects and fine dining? We have invited Chef Heide from Lillian's to present a salad, an entree and a dessert which use edible insects as a prominent ingredient. Valerie Stull, a PhD candidate in the Nelson Institute, will lead a discussion about edible insects while we are enjoying the three course dinner.
