Wednesday Wine Tasting - Food and Wine Pairings

Complimentary and congruent wine pairings are the two accepted pairing styles. Each student in this wine class will have the opportunity to find the pairing they prefer while learning what makes a great pairing. Join us in the Prairie Fire wine bar at Union South to sample these unique wines and learn more about them from our knowledgeable sommelier. Your course fee also includes a sampling of light appetizers that will complement the wines.
