Practice your sun salutations at the Terrace while taking in the serene views of Lake Mendota! Classes are held on the windsurfing pier on the south side of Memorial Union.

Things You Need to Know

• Pre-registration is required through Recreation & Wellbeing (Rec Well).
  • Classes are posted on the RecWell website 48 hours in advance and registration closes 60 minutes prior to class start time.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Mats are not available on-site. Please bring your own mat or yoga towel for practice.
• Wear comfortable clothing. 
• Bathrooms, showers, and lockers are available at Outdoor UW in Memorial Union. Lockers are $1.
