Love cooking out in the summertime? This class is perfect for people who want to explore doing that really well. Chef Allison is going to walk you through cooking ribs, salads, and desserts! Unfortunately, this course does not have a vegetarian option. All participants must wear closed-toed shoes, and although it is summer, we cannot allow tank tops in the kitchen.
This course is taught by Allison McKee from our Union Culinary Team! Allison went to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and has been a professional chef in New York, Chicago, and now Madison. They are passionate about creating ways for people to learn more about culinary skills and we are thrilled to be working with them.
Explore working with a pottery wheel and learn the basics of working with clay. Each class comes with 12.5 lbs. of clay as well as free use of the open-studios during and two weeks after the class!
