Join the WUD Society & Politics Committee and PAVE for an important discussion on safe sexual relationships on college campuses. Samantha Bowen, Assistant Director of Violence Prevention at UHS, will lend her expertise to our discussion and activities. This event will explore ways to cultivate confidence in personal relationships while also addressing the reality of sexual assault using content from Hirsch and Khan’s groundbreaking study, Sexual Citizens. Through an open and thoughtful conversation, we’ll discuss consent, boundaries, and resources available to foster a culture of respect and safety. We hope to see you on Monday, March 10th at 6:00 P.M. (TITU) as we engage in this important dialogue about empowerment and prevention.
Please note that this event will include discussions of sexual assault. We acknowledge that these conversations are difficult, and we encourage attendees to prioritize their well-being. If you need assistance, please contact UHS.
