Discuss tangible ways to be a service-oriented leader with an Outdoor Explorer Series course!

What level of service is required to be an outdoor recreation organization leader? How can we be service-oriented while managing a trip? What level of service is expected of us as outdoor recreation organization leaders? This class discusses the concrete and tangible ways we can be service-oriented in order to improve the overall participant experience.

Upon completion of this class, participants will:

  • Be able to identify and articulate the ways they can improve their service leadership as a Hoofer Trip Leader
