Invigorate your workday with Pilates! Join the campus movement towards workplace health by attending beginner level Pilates mat classes on Wednesdays at noon, taught by Caleb Klein, our student instructor from the UW Dance Department's Pilates Program.
All you need to bring is yourself, an exercise mat or large towel, and clothes you can work out it. No experience with Pilates is necessary and all levels of fitness welcome! The class is free, and advance sign up is only suggested.
