After you’ve grabbed your cupcake, head to the Terrace for the Block Party and Pep Rally hosted by the Wisconsin Alumni Association, complete with performances by the UW Marching Band and UW Spirit Squad, a silent disco, face painting, hot cocoa, fireworks, and more!
