Use real and imagined garden spaces to create an inner sanctuary through painting.

This course and content is going to be exploring self-care and meditation through art. Some skills, thoughts, and inspiration in this class will be plants and flowers, imagination, stippling, color theory and mixing, brush stroke, composition, and discussions about line value. Explore art in new ways through abstration and different approaches to mark making. This class will look at object imagery connected to spaces through drawing while strengthening technical painting skills such as color mixing, brush work and layering.
