Tuesday, April 2
6:30 - 7:30 pm
Cost: Free
Peggy Hager from Department of German, Nordic and Slavic will present a lecture about Norwegian food and culture.

What do you think of when you think of Norway? Do you picture majestic mountains and serene fjords, or bloodthirsty warrior Vikings with horned helmets? In this presentation we will look at Norway behind the scenes and explore both traditional and more modern Norwegian foods. Learn about what Norway is like today – the country that has in recent years been named the best place in the world to live.
