This event will highlight the importance of mental health while providing materials for a stress relief activity.

The Mental Health Social will highlight the importance of mental health while providing materials for a stress relief activity. Attendees will be immersed in a social workshop, where College of Engineering Mental Health Provider, Michelle Bond will give a presentation on the importance of mental health and resources on campus. Specifically, Bond will highlight data regarding the benefits of socializing, and ways to combat feelings of isolation. Then, students will reflect on their experiences through a social, arts and craft activity.
