Join The Dish for a master class on food pairings and the tenets of taste. You can enjoy mixing and matching interesting foods to create the perfect pairs—you may even discover a new favorite snack!

We will be hosting a short presentation on the different components that make up a balanced flavor profile, as well as a buffet of foods to play with. We will also screen "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat," a short documentary on the components of flavor created by Samin Nosrat, food columnist for the New York Times and writer of the cookbook, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat.
