We will be hosting a short presentation on the different components that make up a balanced flavor profile, as well as a buffet of foods to play with. We will also screen "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat," a short documentary on the components of flavor created by Samin Nosrat, food columnist for the New York Times and writer of the cookbook, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat.
