Drop into the Rec Well wellbeing study space as your schedule allows to enjoy coffee, tea, snacks, and a buffet of quiet activities such as coloring, bracelet making, board games, and puzzles. Ten-minute guided mindfulness and stretching sessions will be offered at 6, 7, and 8pm.
