WUD Cuisine will be hosting a guest speaker, Tom Bryan, on food and its environmental impacts.

On October 18th, we will be joined by Tom Bryan, graduate student in the Nelson Institute pursuing a doctoral degree in Environment & Resources. He helped to create the tofu used at Ginger Root in Union south and his research looks at the environmental impact of foods.
