Brian Yazzie (aka Yazzie The Cook) is a Navajo Chef de Cuisine at The Sioux Chef. Chef Yazzie will be brining along the talented Tashia Hart from The Sioux Chef and Kristina Stanley owner of Brown Rice and Honey to bring you a flavorful Friday Fish Fry.
This tasty team will be whipping up a gluten free of meal blue corn battered fish, wild rice, sunflower greens, sunchokes and sweet maple syrup brownies. #yummyyazzie. Your local fisherman, Matt Hipsher, will be joining to provide an inside scoop of where your fish are from.
