Dervish is named for the whirling, spinning, lively traditional Irish music that expresses the band's heritage. The group, which represented Ireland in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest, is made up of six members who play a range of instruments, from mandola and flute to the accordion. Established in 1989, Dervish's performances include high energy tunes and inspiring, charming songs that bring audiences to their feet.
