Come join WUD Cuisine this Friday in Babcock Hall rm B141 to make a traditional Moroccan pastry! Briouats are small, crispy stuffed pastries that are fried. We will be kefta and vegetable briouats. As always, make sure to bring a to-go container for any leftovers! Our recipe is based off of Moroccan chef and youtube, Sousoukitchen's recipe (https://www.youtube.com/user/sousoukitchen1/featured).
