Sample and learn how to transform your pantry into a high-end meal using a few fresh, local and affordable ingredients! Wisconsin Union Chef Sabi will demonstrate how to prepare a meal and share samples along the way. Learn how to buy fresh veggies from farmers market and put it all together for a 3 course meal. 

Some highlights include:

  • Cooking from scratch
  • How to properly poach an egg, and how adding this simple protein to any plate can be easy, affordable and delicious.
  • How to make salad dressing from yogurt and why this is a healthy, affordable and easy option
  • How to make a communal plate and create "hummus" out of any vegetable
