Cooking Seitan: Featuring Chefs from The Green Owl

This vegan food event will showcase chefs from the Green Owl, a vegan resturant in Madison. This hands on event will include a lesson and meal feature seitan, a versatile, gluten-based meat substitute. Come join us in the basement in Babcock Hall from 5-6:30 on April 27th!
