Leadership Course: Community Building Tools

This leadership course gives you a bird's eye view of group development and behavior. Join us in collaboration with the Adventure Learning Program (ALPs) to learn about how to build an effective community in the outdoors through fun icebreakers and team-building activities. 

 Upon completion of this class participants will: 

• Identify the benefits of high-functioning groups
• Explore the stages of group development
• Learn ice breaker tools and tips from the experts at ALPS
