Everything's pasta-ble when cooking Italian cuisine. Bring your appetite on this Thursday evening where we will make the iconic Italian-American chicken parmesan. Pollo alla Parmigiana consists of a breaded chicken cutlet topped with cheese and tomato sauce. We will bake the cutlet instead of frying for an easier (but just as tasty) alternative to frying, and make pasta to accompany it. We'll provide the ingredients and instructions.
Because of space and ingredient limitations, we require attendees to RSVP (for free!) through Eventbrite. Please note that if you register, you are expected to attend. Please notify us ASAP if you are no longer able to participate - we often have full events and a waitlist of people who would love to participate! If you are not present within 15 minutes of the start time, you forfeit your spot.
