Dean Strang is a Wisconsin attorney best known as one of Steven Avery’s defense attorneys featured in the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer. He will be giving a lecture on the criminal justice system in America.

Dean Strang is a Wisconsin attorney best known as one of Steven Avery’s defense attorneys featured in the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer. He sits on the advisory board for the Wisconsin Innocence Project, the organization that has taken up Steven Avery’s defense. He has also taught courses at the UW-Madison and Marquette Law Schools. He is currently a partner at Strang Bradley LLC.

He will be giving a lecture on the criminal justice system in America. 

Please join Distinguished Lecture Series and Society and Politics for an evening with Dean Strang. The doors to Memorial Union's Shannon Hall will open at 7:00 PM.

Lecture is open and FREE to both students and the public, and will end with a 30 minute Q&A.
