Sausage Gravy Ingredients
½ cup of flour
½ pound of pork sausage
1/16 cup of pork base
½ teaspoon of ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon of ground thyme
1 ⅓ cup of half & half
Sausage Gravy Directions
- Brown the pork sausage and break it up into small pieces.
- Add flour and stir.
- Cook until the flour is lightly browned.
- Add your half & half, spices and base.
- Bring to simmer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often.
