Nominate a Speaker!
The Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) takes our audience nominations very seriously. Every speaker nominated is considered and voted on by committee members.
There are many ways to nominate a speaker. At DLS lectures, fill out the nomination cards in your programs and give them to a committee member. Call Eric Schmidt, the committee director, at 608-262-2216. Or email Eric at lectureseries@union.wisc.edu with the following information:
--Name of speaker
--Qualifications (for example, David Suzuki is the host of Canada's television program "The Nature of Things," and a prominent anti-global-warming activist.)
--Groups or organizations that would be willing to co-sponsor the lecture
--Why the speaker's message is relevant and topical
We look forward to receiving your nominations.
